Charlene heads ANSR’s global consulting practice. From her base in the US, she leads a team responsible for helping ANSR clients design and set up GCCs to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to ANSR, Charlene held leadership roles in corporations such as Lowe’s, SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, among others.
A trusted business advisor and hands-on leader, she has accumulated over 20 years' experience through her work at Fortune 100 companies across financial services and retail.
Charlene holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an advanced leadership certificate from Emory University.
Shonalie is an AVP at ANSR, providing HR leadership to Fortune 500 companies looking to establish GCCs in India. She has over 20 years’ experience as an HR business enabler and external consultant.
Prior to joining ANSR, Shonalie was the Head of HR for a Global Technology Centre (GTC) where she was accountable for growing the headcount from 500 to 3,500. She has also held international roles in managing talent & learning for Asia Pacific.
She holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Rahul leads the rewards practice at ANSR, developing strategies for ANSR’s clients to hire and retain the best talent. He has over 20 years’ experience across technology and engineering domains.
Prior to ANSR, Rahul wore multiple hats in HR across talent management, recruitment, digital transformation and learning & development in companies like AB InBev, Dell and Willis Towers Watson.
He has a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a master's in Industrial Engineering and Statistics.
Sukumar Payala leads the HR operations and talent management at ANSR. His 18 years' experience spans across multiple sectors ranging from retail, shared services, and technology in India, Europe and UK. His experience across the HR lifecycle includes strategy, greenfield projects, HR change and transformation, L&D, compensation & benefits and organizational design.
Prior to ANSR, Sukumar held leadership roles at Tesco and America Online.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science engineering from Gulbarga University and an MBA from Bangalore University.
