Srikanth ("Sri") is a Vice President at ANSR, leading client engagements in Hyderabad and Bangalore. He is also responsible for ensuring excellent delivery across all service offerings.
Prior to ANSR, Sri worked at S&P Global for 20 years. His previous career in the US & India spanned across building global technology and operations teams.
Sri has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG Tech and graduated from an executive program in management from IIM Calcutta.
Nandini is a Managing Director at ANSR, responsible for providing leadership to our key clients. She has over three decades' experience in global roles spanning across IT and manufacturing.
Prior to joining ANSR, Nandini held leadership roles at Fujitsu, UST Global, GE and HP. She has also served on the board of Hexagon Capability Centre as an independent director for 5 years, guiding them through a period of significant growth and transformation.
Nandini has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Electronics and Communication.
Aashish is the Managing Director of ANSR’s Workspace business, overseeing strategy, leasing, project design and operations to provide customized Workspace-as-a-Service solution. At ANSR, he and his team focus on providing an immersive and experiential built environment to clients as a competitive advantage in achieving their business objectives.
Prior to joining ANSR, Aashish held several leadership positions at Colliers, Control Risks, and Cushman & Wakefield, among others. Over the last 17 years, he has developed real estate strategies and solutions for corporate occupiers across India and Asia Pacific.
Aashish holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and graduate degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Charlene heads ANSR’s global consulting practice. From her base in the US, she leads a team responsible for helping ANSR clients design and set up GCCs to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to ANSR, Charlene held leadership roles in corporations such as Lowe’s, SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, among others.
A trusted business advisor and hands-on leader, she has accumulated over 20 years' experience through her work at Fortune 100 companies across financial services and retail.
Charlene holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an advanced leadership certificate from Emory University.
